What's included in every plan?

Every plan includes the full Agent Runtime API, inbound reply classification, journey orchestration, outcome attribution, deliverability monitoring, and access to the operator console. Plans differ only in email volume limits.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. When you upgrade, the new limits take effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change applies at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Sends that exceed your monthly, daily, or hourly limits are rejected with a clear rate-limit error. No overage charges — you always know your maximum cost. Upgrade your plan if you need more volume.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every Starter and Growth plan begins with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required upfront — you won't be charged until the trial ends. During the trial you can send up to 100 emails. After 14 days your chosen plan activates automatically.

What is the Humanizer?

The Humanizer automatically rewrites outbound emails drafted by your AI agents so they sound more natural. You choose a style — casual, professional, or friendly — and every outgoing message is rewritten before it's sent. Original and rewritten versions are stored for auditing. The Humanizer is available on the Growth plan and above.

How do you handle email security?

Every send is checked against configurable policies: duplicate prevention, cooldown windows, suppression lists, consent validation, and rate limits. We also monitor for prompt-injection attacks targeting your AI agents. See our Security KB for details.

Which email providers do you support?

Molted Email integrates with major transactional providers including Amazon SES, Postmark, and Resend. The platform routes each send to the healthiest provider automatically and fails over if one goes down.
