What's included in every plan?
Everything. Agent Runtime API, journey orchestration, outcome attribution, deliverability monitoring, operator console. The only difference between plans is volume.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades kick in at your next billing cycle. You can switch from the billing page in your dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We reject the send with a clear rate-limit error. No overage charges, no surprise bills. If you're hitting limits regularly, upgrade to a higher tier.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 100 emails/month, 1 mailbox, and 100 MB storage with no credit card required. Paid plans (Starter and Growth) also include a 14-day free trial.
What is the Humanizer?
It rewrites AI-drafted emails so they read like a person wrote them. You pick a style (casual, professional, friendly) and every outgoing message gets rewritten before delivery. Both versions are stored so you can audit what changed. Available on Growth and above.
How do you handle email security?
Every send is policy-checked: duplicate prevention, cooldown windows, suppression lists, consent validation, rate limits. We also watch for prompt-injection attacks targeting your agents. More detail in the Security KB.
Which email providers do you support?
Amazon SES, Postmark, and Resend. We route each send to the healthiest provider and fail over automatically if one goes down.
Do you offer SLAs?
Enterprise only. 99.95% uptime, dedicated support, custom volume limits. Reach out for details.
