A plain list of this tenant's send approvals (GET /v1/send/approvals), scoped to the mailboxes the calling key can read, newest first, at most 100.

molted approvals list --mailbox <mailboxId>This command is list-only. Deciding an approval (approve or reject) is human-only (D3, epic #1353) and is not exposed here: a person decides in the portal. molted overrides reject-send rejects a held thread's pending sends, but it is human-gated too: once the workspace enforces the gate it returns 403 with a decisionUrl, even for a send the agent created.
