Agent context

View and update tenant-level settings like the cooldown period between duplicate sends to the same recipient. cooldownMinutes (default 10, 0 to 1440; values outside are clamped) blocks a re-send of the same template to the same email from the same mailbox within the window.

Updating needs a workspace key (admin, or all mailboxes) with manage scope; a mailbox-scoped key gets 403 mailbox_scope_denied.

requireConsentForMarketing (default false): when true, a MARKETING template send to a recipient without active consent on file is blocked with reason "no_consent". Active means the latest consent record for that recipient has no revokedAt -- a revokedAt in the future still counts as withdrawn now. Off by default -- consent stays a ledger you check yourself (molted consent check) until you opt the policy engine into enforcing it. Transactional templates are always exempt, and so are list broadcasts (molted lists send) and a list's double opt-in confirmation email -- the list subscription itself (with its own opt-in and unsubscribe) is the consent, whatever this setting is. Turning this ON tightens, so an agent key may do it directly; turning it OFF loosens and is human-gated, same as lowering the cooldown or clearing the physical address -- an agent key gets 403 human_decision_required (or a warning, depending on the tenant's human-gate mode).

physicalAddress (default none, at most 500 characters): the tenant's physical mailing address; a marketing send is blocked ("missing_physical_address") until one is set (CAN-SPAM). Setting it when none exists is not a loosening, so an agent key may do it directly with --physical-address; changing or clearing an existing address needs a human, same as lowering the cooldown or turning
requireConsentForMarketing off.
