molted events
View message event timelines
Agent context
Message events show the full lifecycle timeline for a message: queued → sent → delivered → bounced → opened → clicked, etc.
View all events for a message
molted events get <messageId>
# → { "events": [
# { "id": "...", "message_id": "...", "event_type": "sent", "payload": {...}, "created_at": "..." },
# { "id": "...", "message_id": "...", "event_type": "delivered", "payload": {...}, "created_at": "..." }
# ]}
# Oldest first. Each event also carries tenant_id.Events are recorded from the delivery provider's webhooks (plus "unsubscribed" when a recipient clicks an unsubscribe link), so they exist for outbound sends: pass the send's requestId. An inbound message id is accepted but has no events recorded today, and an unknown id returns an empty list rather than 404.
